Where specialist governance or AI leadership is required, we structure it as a dedicated advisory mandate rather than allowing it to dominate the broader firm positioning.
In 2026 Hayat Advisory expanded its infrastructure practice to support hyperscale data centre development across MENA and Australia, combining powered land origination, connection strategy, carbon attestation and capital advisory.
